Secretary of State Jay Dardenne, the Eddie G. Robinson Museum Commission, and the Friends of the Eddie G. Robinson Museum are elated to announce the grand opening of the Eddie G. Robinson Museum. On Saturday, February 13, 2010, America will take note as the museum doors open honoring the life and legacy of a monumental American hero, Eddie G. Robinson.
Preceding this event, The Friends of the Eddie G. Robinson Museum is hosting a Corporate Fundraising Banquet on Friday, February 12, 2010, featuring Pittsburg Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin, as the keynote speaker. We are asking corporations and individuals to support the museum at various sponsorship levels outlined in the brochure attached hereto.
Although the construction of the museum is near completion, your continued financial support will fulfill not only a dream, but create a lasting legacy honoring an American legend.
