Couldn't have picked a better choice. Coop is cut from the same clothe as Ellis, Robinson, Hobdy, and Jones himself. His baseball knowledge is only trumped by his class.
I have a little concern about his age, will he be able to get the respect from the players despite he is only 27 yrs old? Will he teach the guys fundamendals? Is he qualified? I know everybody deserves a chance, but we are talking about college baseball, but I do wish him luck.
